Halkey-Roberts Valve Halkey-roberts(H-R) air valve comes in three parts. One inside part , one outside part and valve cap.When two parts screwed up together a seal is formed around the PVC/Hyplon fabric .

Durring inflation valves must be locked.In order to lock the valve push and twist so the core of the valve pops outwards.Durring deflation , valves must be unlocked .Push and twist so the core of the valve is pushed inwards .
